We are a team of two husbands and wives, who first met as friends and quickly discovered a shared passion for real estate, renovations and home decor. In 2019, we bought The Lakehouse together and that's when we really got the 'bug' for flipping houses. We decided to turn our passion into a business and in 2021 Flipping Nuts was born.

Our name 'Flipping Nuts' tells a lot about our story. We're crazy about flipping houses and when people see some of the properties we purchase, they think we're crazy for getting them. But in our minds, the bigger the transformation, the more exciting the project is! There are times when we joke that we're 'flipping nuts' for going into business with our spouses AND our friends but truthfully, we've become a dream team and are having a BLAST doing what we love.
